SHAPE Update: And the survey says…

Survey Results

Thanks to the more than 200 Bethel staff who completed the recent SHAPE survey. (Congratulations to Meadow View’s Shelly Stager, winner of the $50 VISA gift card.)

The survey showed that the Yoga and Circuit classes were the most attended SHAPE classes, and 55% say their health improved from participating in SHAPE activities.

And 75% of those who did not take part in a SHAPE class said the class start time was the main factor.

Plank Challenge

SHAPE’s Plank Challenge came down to two – District Nurse Mary Bork and Clear Lake’s Lindsay Alsup.

Both are clearly in good shape and each also has a bit of a competitive streak.

Lindsay lasted the longest and won the Plank Challenge and the lasting admiration of onlookers also on hand for the Dodgeball competition.
