Everything is provided for this free SHAPE class at Meadow View next Tuesday, February 3rd from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Due to popular demand a new SHAPE Yoga Class has begun. Join the fun on Tuesdays at Clear Lake, from 4:30-5:30.
See for yourself why Yoga is noted for helping with relaxation, stress-relief, circulation and flexibility. It’s also known to improve core strength and breath control.
100 Mile Club
This one is easier than it sounds. Complete 100 “miles” of activity and earn a $10 gift card. Earn up to three gift cards while the challenge is taking place.
