Free grant-funded fitness classes for Bethel staff members have returned.
The first SHAPE classes begin Wednesday at Shasta Middle School with back-to-back Circuit Class opportunities as we try to meet your schedule.
Still to come are:
- Latin Fusion/Toning classes
- 100, 500 and 1000 mile clubs – Earn gift cards for every 100 miles (or equivalent) you are active and your name will be put into drawings for larger gift cards when you reach the 500 and 1000 mile clubs. Drawings in December and June.
- Pedometer Challenges – Talk to your SHAPE Champion about joining the challenge and get stepping!
- Fitness DVDs and Healthy cookbooks – We will be adding to our fitness DVD library and adding Healthy Recipe Cookbooks for checkout. Request a fitness DVD checkout here. We are also accepting donations of fitness DVDs that are collecting dust at home.
Those who checked out DVDs and kept them for use over the summer, please email me, Nicole.
