Final SHAPE Mini-Grants Awarded

The SHAPE team has distributed the final grant dollars for Bethel school-based initiatives aimed at improving staff health and wellness.

There is excitement about SHAPE dollars supporting a new proposal that will result in a Stress Management Group for staff. It is designed with a professional therapist to be a skill-building group on how to better manage stress. Watch for the announcement of this new program’s start-date.

And a new Yoga class is being offered at Prairie Mountain School, courtesy of SHAPE. The class will be free to all interested Bethel staff. The schedule is soon to be released.
