As promised, here are the slide shows of the review for Semester 2.
Hey y’all and welcome back to school! Hope your summer was amazing and relaxing. I am looking forward to getting to know all of my students and helping them reach their goals! My focus this year will be on creating positive bonds at the IB level by encouraging students to produce their best work through dedication and determination. My goal in the Algebra class is to start the “high school math track” on the right foot and provide students with momentum to be successful in all their math classes.
For the IB students, we have new books and curriculum which will be interesting and exciting! The books now come with test prep so you will get even more practice for paper 1, paper 2, and the project.
I look forward to seeing you on Wednesday or Thursday!
Wondering what grade you need to get an A? or a B? or to Pass? Thanks to Connor, we have something for you to use to calculate it!
Remember, I round up, so 79.5 is a B-. Hope this helps.
Here is the key I promised. COA & ALG1 Spring Final Key
I hope you all had a wonderful summer. Mine was pretty good! I shaved my beard and bought a house that has an owl living under it! See below.
Anyways, the syllabuses and other information are located in the pages above corresponding to the class you are taking. Check them out and stay tuned for many updates, information, and all sorts of great things. Thanks!
