Wise Symposium 2019 Rescheduled to May 30th Due to Snow

Have you ever wondered if zombies eat brains for better vision? Maybe you would like to learn how Zebrafish and the U of O are trying to solve genetic disorders. What about DNA and Forensics? Come to the 2019 WISE Symposium to explore all of these options and more!

This event is open to all Lane County high school students. WISE stands for Women In Science and Engineering, but organizers hope that Lane County’s men and non-binary individuals will also attend.

WISE Symposium begins at 3:30 p.m. with check-in and goes until 7:30 p.m. It’s free to any Lane County high school student. Food will be available for free and there will be opportunities to win prizes, too!
