The deadline for submitting senior photos is just around the corner on Monday October 17th. Here is what you will need to know:

Digital: Color image 2×3 inch- 300 dpi high resolution- jpeg format- Burnt onto a cd and delivered to the front office.

Printed Images:  Color- Need to be HIGH quality (not from a home inkjet printer) 2×3 inch

There is a spec sheet available in the front office with more specific information.

Because of the new school year, we received a new school code to use when uploading photos to eShare. We want to be sure everyone has the new code, so pass it along!

Simply go to www.hjeshare.com and enter school code 2061122.

Note: the new code is 2061122.

You can upload up to 10 photos at a time. Please provide us with names and a short description of your photos, and who knows…you might see YOUR pics in the 2012 yearbook!

Love taking pictures of your friends? Interested in graphic design? Like to go to games, dances and assemblies? Know a ton of people YOU would like to see in next year’s yearbook? The 2012 yearbook staff is looking for new students. Pick up an ybk staff application in the front office and return it to Mrs. Neu along with your teacher recommendation form by Friday April 29th! So what’s stopping you? Apply for yearbook…be a YERD along with us!

The 2011 yearbooks are almost here!

The yearbook signing party will be held on Wednesday June 8th from 6-8pm in the cafeteria. Please bring your student ID card for entrance to the party. Yearbooks will be for sale on a first come, first served basis. We have sold out of books in year’s past, so be sure to arrive early. Books will be sold for $60 cash or check only. Students who have already purchased a book may pick it up at the party along with their personalized name plaque. If students are not able to attend the party to pick up pre-purchased books, they will need to get them on Thursday or Friday June 9th & 10th in room #37 at lunch.  After Friday, pre-purchased books can be picked up in the main office.

Be sure to come to the signing party….it’s a night filled with memories and fun!!    See you there!!

Wednesday November 24 is the deadline for submitting senior grad ads. Pick up an order form in the front office or download one here. Hurry and reserve your space before it’s too late!
