Welcome to the Blog for the Willamette Game Makers Club.

The purpose of this club is to get students together who are interested in computer programming and making video games.

As soon as they release the theme in November, we will be working in teams to create games for the Oregon Game Project Challenge. More information on this challenge can be found at http://www.ogpc.info/

Computers are loaded with game making software in both the Assessment Center (Media Center Classroom) and in room 58 Mr.Symonds room. Those interested in writing code can work on their own computers at home or laptops they can bring to school. Check the resources page for more information and inspiration. There are several resources listed that are free, online resources that can be accessed from school or home. Downloaded resources will need to be on one of Mr. Symonds’ laptop Mac computers or downloaded at home.

Recently we have had the accessibility to have gaming club for students.

See the Whs gamer club page to see more information or contact Mr.Symonds in room 58.
