I am excited to have met and begun working with a fantastic group of 8th graders. My first impressions are good ones and include students with good organizational skills, good self management skills and students who want to learn and be successful. This first quarter we will be reading the classic novel, The Outsiders, continuing to hone our writing skills, and beginning our study of the U.S. Constitution with an emphasis on the Bill of Rights.
