I would like to go ahead and take a moment to give recognition to the following students who were not selected as student of the month, but whose performance was still noteworthy. These students worked hard and excelled in their biology or botany classes.

This young lady was chosen because of the hard work she exhibited to turn things around from first to second semester. She made the decision that she wanted to get an “A” second semester and made the effort and decisions necessary to make that happen. She sought help on a regular basis when she did not understand something in class or a piece of homework was confusing. Her willingness to work, recognition of her own needs, and positive attitude will allow Annabelle to be successful as she moves through the remainder of her high school career and beyond.
